Sarah + Ben

True Love. True Luxury.

The One & Only Ocean Club, Paradise Island, Bahamas played host to the three day tropical wedding of Sarah and Benjamin, planned by Shawn Sawyer of Weddings by Cacique and photographed by Mark Da Cunha Photography.

The bride wore a Jenny Packham dress rich with crystal beadwork and a vintage feel accentuated by a birdcage veil, both from White Toronto. The groom, Benjamin, opted for a white Harry Rosen Bespoke jacket and red suspenders.

The neo-classic statues and arches surrounding the lush gardens of the Augustinian Cloisters at The One & Only Ocean Club, Paradise Island, Bahamas offered a jaw dropping scene for the ceremony.

The reception took place under a white tent bedecked with chandeliers and tablescapes in aqua and orange.

Tracy + Karl

When it came time to say their I do's, Tracy & Karl took to the breathtaking shores of The Bahamas for a relaxed and romantic island fete.

Lush Versailles-inspired gardens of tropical blooms and the dramatic arches of a 12th century Augustinian cloister provided the perfect backdrop for an intimate seaside ceremony. The bride dazzled in a barely blush gown encrusted in sparkling details, while her hubby was beach chic in a sandy hued suit and laid back lilac tie. A bouquet of amorous garden roses in creamy ivory and brilliant rouge added a delicate and feminine touch against the aquamarine ocean view. A secluded oasis of surf and sand surrounded the beaming couple as a cascading pastel sunset with dappled clouds washed over the newlyweds and gave them the perfect send off to a dream worthy wedding getaway.

Tara + Blake

From the embossed wedding invitations inspired by the bride's childhood home, to the couple saying 'I DO' in Trinity Methodist Church, a place where the bride's parents were married almost exactly 30 years earlier, to the groom's cummerbund which belonged to the bride's father, and the Daimler Limo, the same used by the Queen on her previous visits to the Bahamas, which swept the newlyweds away, this old world colonial chic wedding was steeped in tradition.

Pair that with Weddings By Cacique, an event planning company who all but coined the phrase - the devil is in the details - and you get floor to ceiling sisal with a staged production that had guests heads' turning in breathless appreciation as they watched Victorian bird cages be swept off their tables and hung about the perimeter of the tent. Left in anticipation, they wondered what the rest of the night held.

Experience it here, captured to perfection.
